Tom's Nachos

These nachos are Tom’s dinner almost nightly. It’s an easy meal for him to prepare after working the evening so it’s a staple for him. I have included the specific brands with links that he uses as quality, organic food is a top priority for him.

Tom’s Nachos

Ingredients:

2 Food For Life Brown Rice Tortillas

1 lb Manitoba 100% Grass-Fed Beef

1 packet Simply Organic Taco Seasoning Mix

L’Ancetre Organic Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Simply Natural Chunky Organic Salsa

Olympic Organic Sour Cream

Organic Avocado Nachos

Brush tortillas with extra virgin olive oil and cut to make 16 triangles. Salt generously and place in 300 degree oven for  approximately  30 minutes until brown and crisp. In the meantime, brown the meat and add the seasoning packet. Once chips are ready, grate cheddar cheese on top of the chips and then add meat. Shred more cheese on top and place back in 300 degree oven for another 15–20 minutes. Top with salsa, sour cream, avocado and enjoy!
