Joint Effort Fitness & Therapy Boot Camps makes stick­ing to a plan con­ve­nient, wel­com­ing, and enjoy­able. Fierce Fit­ness Boot Camps pro­vide mem­bers with instructor-led cir­cuit train­ing ses­sions every week­day as well as unlim­ited Gym Access (exclud­ing the Pri­vate Train­ing Stu­dio) to keep you hon­est if you can’t make a session!

Boot Camps can begin any week­day so you won’t have to wait to get things started. For any­one inter­ested in our Boot Camps, come try out a Boot Camp class free of charge!

Can I sign up for a 1-Month Boot Camp at anytime?”

Yes, our Boot Camps can begin any time throughout the month. The 4-weeks will simply begin the day you sign up.

How long does each training session last?”

The Boot Camps last approximately 45 minutes; however, this neither includes warming up nor cooling down which our trainers will encourage.

I haven’t worked out in ages, would I be okay in a Boot Camp?”

Joint Effort Fitness & Therapy’s Boot Camps have been developed in a way so that beginners, as well as more advanced members can participate and see great results. Participants range from very beginners to members using the Boot Camps as additional method to condition for marathons and other competitive endeavours.  Our trainers are friendly, never judgmental, and try to push everyone to the best of their capabilities.

Are there showers and change rooms?”
